We built this app to help contractors manage workers and payments privately. Your business data belongs to you.

📋 What information the app uses

The app allows you to enter the following information for your own use:

• Worker names, mobile numbers, addresses and daily wages
• Site names and estimated project values
• Payment records — amounts, dates, payment mode and notes
• Monthly attendance and wage calculations
• Worker profile photos (taken or selected by you)

📵 Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or account information
• We do not track your location
• We do not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs
• We do not access your contacts, messages, or call logs
• We do not send any data to our servers — we have none
• We do not sell or share data with any third party

📷 Camera and photo permissions

The app may request access to your camera or photo gallery only when you choose to add a profile photo for a worker. This photo is stored on your device and is never uploaded anywhere. You can skip adding a photo at any time.

💾 Data storage and backup

All data is saved in your device's local storage. The app includes a manual backup feature that lets you export your data as a file to your own device storage. This backup file stays on your device — it is not sent to any server or cloud service.

🔒 Security

Because all data stays on your device and is never transmitted over the internet, the risk of a data breach on our end is zero. The security of your device (screen lock, encryption) directly protects your app data. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

👶 Children's privacy

SitePro is a business tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is not directed at children.

🔄 Changes to this policy

If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

⚖️ Your rights

Since all data is stored only on your device, you have full control at all times:

• Access: Open the app to view all your data
• Edit: Edit or delete any worker, site, or payment record at any time
• Delete: Uninstall the app to permanently remove all data
• Export: Use the built-in backup feature to export your data
